Our Proven Process
- Base Coat Application: We begin by applying a self-priming polyurea base coat around the edges and over the entire floor surface, using rollers for an even distribution.
- Color Flake: Next, we hand-toss color flakes onto the wet base coat, ensuring full coverage for a uniform look in color and texture.
- Flake Scraping: After the base coat cures, we use metal blade scrapers to remove any loose or upright flakes, preparing the surface for the final coat.
- Clear Coat Finish: The last step involves applying a clear coat to all surfaces, including edges. We use rollers and squeegees to avoid any lines, sealing the floor.
- Enjoy Your New Floor: In just 4 to 6 hours, the floor is ready to walk on, and after 48 hours, it's fully set for parking and driving.
